Pravila refundacije

Refunds/Exchanges will be given up to 14 days from when the product has been delivered. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before completing your purchase 

If you wish to return/exchange an item please click here. You will then receive a confirmation email with a free 'return shipping label' attached. Please print your 'return label' out and stick it to the front of your package.

Damages and issues

If you receive the wrong item or the item is missing/faulty upon delivery, please contact immediately via sales@heirldn.com or live chat so that we can get this issue resolved as soon as possible 

Please ensure that the product is returned without damage or missing any of the original labels/tags. If so, the item will be sent back to you and no refund/exchange will be applied.

Fine art prints are non-refundable/non-exchangeable (UK & Internationally)

Exchanges

IMPORTANT - Exchanges are only eligible for orders made within the UK. International orders cannot be exchanged/refunded at present. 

If you would like to exchange an item please click hereYou will then be asked to login to your account and fill out some return details - within the notes section please add that you would like to 'make an exchange'. After you have requested a return you will receive an email containing shipping instructions as well as a free Return label. Please print this out and attach it to the front of the package you wish to exchange. Once the item has been returned and if the exchange has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the exchanged item will be sent to you. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

IMPORTANT - Fine art prints cannot be exchanged (UK or Internationally) 

 

Refunds

If you would like to request a refund please click here. You will then be asked to login to your account and fill out some return details. After you have requested a refund, you will receive an email containing shipping instructions as well as a free Return label. Please print this out and attach it to the front of the package you wish to return. Once the item has been received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to you letting you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, a refund will be given automatically via your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 days have passed since your return has been approved, please contact via sales@heirldn.com

If the return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued
