Returns
- All products must be returned in their original packaging with labels/tags attached
- If the product is returned with wear/damage then it will be sent back to the customer and no refund/exchange will be applied
- Items purchased within a sales event are eligible for either refund or exchange, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery in order to be eligible for refund/exchange
Shipping
- Free UK Shipping using Royal Mail 2nd class signed (2-3 Business days from dispatch)
- Alternative UK Shipping options are available at check out - these include a shipping fee
- All International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Standard Shipping (3-10 business days from dispatch) and will incur a small shipping fee. Please note that the international shipping fee will vary.
- Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing
- Returns & exchanges are only available for orders made within the UK at present
- Free returns & exchanges for all orders made within the UK
