How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders made within the UK:
- Royal Mail 2nd class Signed (Free) - Once the order has been approved and you have received a confirmation email, your package will be delivered within 2-3 business days from dispatch.
- Alternative UK Shipping options are available at checkout, these include:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (next business day)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature (next business day)
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day guaranteed by 1pm)
- These shipping options include a shipping fee
- Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing
For International orders
- Royal Mail International Standard Shipping (3-10 business days) from dispatch
- International orders will include a shipping fee, which will vary depending on where the order is made from
- Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing
Can I return/exchange a sales item?
- Sales items can be returned/exchanged, unless stated otherwise within the product description
- Please note that all International orders cannot be returned/exchanged at present
- If you wish to return an item, please click here. If the return request is accepted you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions, as well as a free 'Return label' attached.
- All garments are designed to be true to size, however the style of all clothing items is 'oversized'. Therefore if you are looking for a tighter fit it is recommended to go a size smaller. If you are still unsure, please refer to the 'Size guide' located within the product description.
- Currently Heir London accepts Credit/Debit card,Paypal, Shop pay, Apple Pay and Googlepay
- Once the order has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email containing your 'Order number'. If this is not visible please check your junk mail
- You can also Login to your Account to see the status of your order
How do I track my order?
- You can access tracking information regarding your order through the Live chat.
- If you have selected either of the Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature shipping options at checkout, you will receive tracking information via email
How do I wash my Heir London clothing?
- All garments are made using 100% organic cotton and the latest in DTG printing technology. Therefore in order to maintain the highest quality over time, it is advised to wash your item at 30 degrees or less. Allow to dry naturally and do not use fabric softener.
- Once the refund has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email. The money will then be deposited to the account you used to purchase the item within 5-10 business days. If it has been over 15 days and you haven't received your refund yet please contact sales@heirldn.com
- Customer service will respond within 24 hours. Please note that the working hours are from Monday - Saturday (9am - 8:30pm)
What service does Heir London ship with?
